Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including:
- Split System Heat Pumps and A/C Units.
- Gas Furnaces and Air Handlers.
- Tank and Tankless Water Heaters.
- Mini-Splits and Geothermal Systems.
- (Hydronic Boiler knowledge is a plus).
- Perform high-quality repairs in a timely and profitable manner.
- Maintain an organized, properly stocked service truck.
- Use dispatch software through a mobile app.
- Provide excellent customer service to every client.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years Residential HVAC Service Experience.
- Extensive knowledge of residential HVAC systems and controls.
- Skilled in safe use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Able to work safely from ladders for extended periods.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check.
- Must have required tools for the job.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
